02 · Original IP

Your character, yours alone.

Pre-existing patterns suit white-label drops. Original IP needs its own bespoke development: 2D turnaround, 3D clay/foam pattern, laser cutting, and Pantone-matched textiles - under ironclad NDA.

NDA signed first

A binding non-disclosure agreement is executed before sketches or 3D files change hands. Exclusive character patterns are never reused or shared.

Strict IP Protection

3D sample in 7 working days

2D character turnarounds converted into production-accurate, true-to-scale physical plush prototypes with 3 free refinement rounds.

7-Day Sampling

Pantone-matched fabric

Minky 1.5mm, Sherpa fleece, Crystal Velboa, and GRS-certified recycled rPET dyed to your brand Pantone TCX/C callouts.

Pantone Lab-Dip

Automated needle & 90N pull tests

Every unit passes conveyor Hashima dual-head metal detection (Fe ≥ 1.0mm) and calibrated 90N / 10s digital tension pull tests for EN71/ASTM compliance.

Hashima & EN71-1

Turnkey retail packaging

Woven damask labels, thermo-cut care tags, FSC hangtags, custom window gift boxes, and blindbox foil pouches packed retail-ready.
